Mindfulness Meditation (2nd & 4th Tues) ZOOM ONLY

Tue Jul 13, 11:30 AM - Tue Jul 27, 11:30 AM (PDT)

With Megan McCarver, C-IAYT, M.A

Mindfulness is the ultimate workout of awakening, to cultivate your wholesome mind-body relationship with yourself! Meditation is a “practice” (like playing the violin). It is wonderful with a teacher and a genuine group of friends to gently hold each other accountable for a positive experience.

· Embody kindness, self-empathy, and self-care.

· Increase focus and clarity of thought.

· Experience more joy and gratitude.

· Reduce stress.
